Bensham Grove - Thornton Heath

Previously used as a commercial premisses, the Grove Works site on Bensham Grove was acquired in April 2019 and planning obtained for a new-build block of 9 flats.

Planning permission consists of demolition and erection of a three storey building comprising 9 units (5 two bedroom, 3 one bedroom and 1 three bedroom) with associated landscaping.

Construction started in July 2019 and we anticipate completion in June 2020.
